WebSocket: live prices

WS/v1/ws/prices

Upgrade to a WebSocket, then send {"subscribe": ["HYPE", "0x…"]} (max 100 ids). The server answers {"prices": {id: price}} at once, then pushes only the ids whose price moved, each block.
